This place is located very close to the city center, offering a comfortable double room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV.

The central location was ideal. The sauna was a treat.

Not 24hr reception, drunken youths in the next room in the middle of the night and no reception to contact. However, this was only one night and did not spoil the holiday.

This is a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff right next to a canal in a quiet part of Bruges. Breakfast was very good, even for being typical European continental. Rooms are basic, but quite comfortable. Bathrooms are pretty small but OK for a long weekend visit. The hotel has no parking of its own (does have space for loading/unloading) and there was nothing available in the public parking lot nearby. We discovered that we could park out at the rail station quite cheaply (2.50 EUR/day) and it was very easy to use the city bus system to get back to the hotel.

Location, great view of the canal and within easy walking distance of the city centre and also the residential outskirts of the city. The staff were friendly throughout, from a phone call to let them know we would arrive late, to check out. The lady in particular!

The hotel is quiet and right beside the canal. It is very conveniently placed for all sightseeing, shopping and eating. Breakfast was good.Most staff very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I would go again.

If you find yourself in a lower ground room please be aware that the shower drains off very slowly! Something that is beyond their control.

Location was excellent-very central and right on the canal.The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived mid-morning and it was great being able to leave our bags in the hotel's luggage room until our room was ready.

Hotel very local brekfast very good everything you need for continental.. Hotel within easy walking distance to all places of interest in Bruges. May be use of a bicycle if we go again would be another option. Local buses were very good. The market on Saturday looked very interesting but unfortunately did not have time to stay and have a look next time!.

May be a bit bigger bathroom it was very small for the room. Apart from that room was fine overlooking the canal.

The view from the standard queen room here is lovely, overlooking the main square with the Belfry tower.

Amazing view of the canal. Excellent location. Nice clean room, if a little uninspiring decor.

Some of the services were quite basic. For example, the bathroom was tiny, tea and coffee making in the room incurred an extra charge, and the breakfast was ok but not the best.

Handy location in Brugge. Points of interest all within walking distance.

Mosquitoes can be a bit of a problem which is understandable as the hotel is on the canal. I understand that a mozzie zapper is available from reception on request though.

Great location in a popular tourist spot, better than anywhere I've been before! the room was super spacious and had awesome big windows 🌟. Plus, the price was really affordable.

Comfortable stay as always. Fairly clean and picturesque place. - Satisfactory breakfast with a huge variety of options. - Central location near the canal. - Conveniently located next to the bus stop for the train station, town square, and all other sights in Bruges.
